These terms govern your use of this website and your use of the site means you accept these terms. This site is owned and operated by New Zealand Lotteries Commission ("Mypowerballstrike.co.nz") and Mypowerballstrike.co.nz may amend these terms at its discretion. If you are a Mypowerballstrike.co.nz player you are also subject to the Mypowerballstrike.co.nz Player Terms and Conditions. Mypowerballstrike.co.nz reserves the right to make changes to the content in this site at any time without notice.

While we endeavour to supply accurate information on this site, errors and omissions may occur. Mypowerballstrike.co.nz does not accept any liability, direct or indirect, for any loss or damage which may directly or indirectly result from any advice, opinion, information, representation or omission whether negligent or otherwise, contained in this site. 8. Phishing and spoofed emails
When you use the Mypowerballstrike.co.nz site one of the following addresses will appear in the address bar of your browser https://mypowerballstrike.co.nz.co.nz or https://m.mypowerballstrike.co.nz.co.nz (for mobile). If you receive an email purportedly from us which has a link to a site with an address different to ours above do not provide your personal information to that site. Immediately notify the Mypowerballstrike.co.nz customer support team of the site on 0800 695 6886.

9. Lottery scams
Be aware of lottery prize scams advising you have won a prize. They generally require your bank account details and a fee to release your prize. If in doubt call our office. We will never ask for a fee to "release" your prize.

10. Report suspicious activity
We take fraud seriously. If you receive unsolicited emails or phone calls, don’t respond. Report such activity. Call 0800 Mypowerballstrike.co.nz or email Mypowerballstrike.co.nz.co.nz.

11. Cookies
We may use cookies to improve and personalise your visit to our site. Cookies are small text files placed on your computer when you access a website and are a common feature of many sites. Cookies are not programmes and cannot perform actions by themselves.
